Air Handling Units

We offer a range of extensive range of air handling units (AHU's) to accommodate a variety of HVAC applications including office comfort control, data centre cooling and laboratory cleanrooms.

 

Our range of AHU's are able to meet the full breadth of duty requirements including heating, cooling, filtration, humidification, de-humidification and heat recovery.

 

Specific Fan Powers are such that all units comply with the L2 building regulations.

  • Airflow rates up to 80,000 m3/hr

  • Forward curved centrifugal fans to develop medium pressure and volume characteristics for ducted applications

  • Impellers are static and dynamic balanced to ensure long motor life and low noise levels

  • Super-efficient motors suitable for speed control

  • Single phase (200-240V) or three phase (380-420V versions available

  • 50 Hz or 60 Hz frequencies available

Enclosures

 

  • 25mm or 50mm single or double skin enclosures available.

  • Aluminium box section frame systems with mineral wool slabs sandwiched between two powder-coated mild steel panels.

  • Integrated water sump and auto drain feature

  • 100mm thick humidification pads for adiabatic cooling efficiencies up to 85%

Filtration

 

  • Wide range of filtration options from G4 to H13 HEPA (absolute) filtration

  • Activated carbon filtration also available for solvent or odour removal
